Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) is the process of restoring hair loss by implanting healthy hair follicles from one area of the scalp (the donor area), to an area of the scalp where there is thinning hair (the recipient area).

We provide a range of lunch options for you at the clinic and if you have any special dietary requirements please email us 7 days prior to your procedure to ensure any special foods can be organised for you. Please inform us of any food allergies and previous reactions to any food types.

When injecting anaesthetic before your transplant there is a small amount of pain. However, after the anaesthetic, you shouldn’t feel any pain at all. We have developed our FUE technique to minimise the pain throughout the procedure.

FUE hair transplant surgery is a safe procedure if performed by a qualified and experienced doctor.

A hair transplant can be done over a one-day or two-day session, depending on the number of grafts you need to be transplanted. The average day session for a hair transplant is 7 hours.
